Jill A. Singer

Jill A. Singer grew up in Ventura County and has spent most of her life living and working in the community. After completing her law school education at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, she wanted to give back to the community she loves so well. She has proudly served the people of Ventura and Santa Barbara counties since 2004.

Jill is licensed to practice in the State of California and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association, the American Inns of Court, Ventura County chapter, the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform, the California Applicant's Attorney's Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives.

Jill is currently a Certified Specialist, Workers Compensation Law and is an accredited attorney for the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of claims for veterans' benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).

Jill is a board member of  Grey Law of Ventura County, a non-profit based organization that provides free legal services for seniors throughout the county, from Fillmore to Simi Valley, from Port Hueneme to Thousand Oaks. She provides pro bono legal services at the Ventura Avenue Adult Center in Ventura. 

Jill has published articles in the Los Angeles Daily Journal and in the Ventura County Bar Association's Citations Magazine. 

Jill attended Ventura College and graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
